  • The journey towards a gender-balanced sports coverage – The SVT Sport Story: Linn Hellstrand, Digital Strategist and Project Manager at SVT Sport and trainer at the EBU Academy in the masterclass of gender balance in sports media. In tough competition, SVT Sport won the Swedish Equality Award 2020 in February for the work with a gender-equal sports coverage. SVT Sport want to be relevant to everyone who enjoys sports, sports journalism and live sports. In 2015 they started the journey towards a gender-balanced coverage. This is their story. A story that forever changed sports journalism.
