Fiction Experts Plenary Meeting 2025

After three successful editions, EBU Fiction will return to Rome, Italy, for the 2025 sequel of its Experts Plenary Meeting, which will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 7 October and in the morning of Wednesday 8 October 2025.

Thanks to our partner and host, we will be meeting again in Rome in the framework of MIA | Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo, a premier market event held in Rome, Italy, celebrating its 11th edition in 2025, from 6 October to 10 October. 

Over the coming weeks, the EBU Fiction Experts Group Members will be busy putting together the agenda for the meeting, which will be communicated soon. In the meantime, you are already invited to block these dates in your agendas.

Attendance policy

The Fiction Experts plenary is a closed-door meeting exclusively for EBU Members' representatives.

Attendance to the meeting is free of charge.

Registrations will open in early September.

EBU Members' drama representatives are invited to attend MIA (incl. the Drama Pitching Forum), taking advantage of a preferential rate (180 € + VAT). Check MIA’s website to learn more or keep an eye on this page for further information in due time.
