Let’s talk podcasting at the EBU Podcast Forum 2025 on 17 and 18 September at MediaCity UK in Salford, Manchester, at the kind invitation of BBC Sounds. This event presents a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas on audio formats and delve into various aspects of podcasting and public service media.

At the EBU Podcast Forum, senior podcast professionals and producers will come together to discuss strategies for successful podcasting, production techniques, and innovative formats. Participants will have the chance to share insights on topics such as audio content benchmarking, KPIs for commissioning, efficient internal production workflows, team collaboration, and the creation of new formats. The agenda includes knowledge-sharing along with format presentations, and there will be plenty of space for open discussions on topics suggested by participants.

The keyword this year is AUDIENCE: reaching an audience, growing an audience, keeping an audience.
