Registration is now open for our upcoming 30th Session Legal & Policy Assembly!

This session (in person only, no online transmission) will be hosted in Geneva, at EBU Headquarters.

The Autumn 2025 Legal & Policy Assembly will focus on the future of media, AI and global trade issues. We will also have a chance to catch up on the latest developments in Brussels and on all our EU files, including digital regulation, copyright, competition and distribution.

Please note that interpretation in session will be provided in English and in French and that additional information, agenda, working documents and presentations on all topics will be made available to Members in due course.

ACCOMMODATION: As for previous years, we would like to bring your attention that hotels are always quite busy in Geneva so we advise not to delay too much your hotel bookings to ensure a reasonable price.

We remind you that the EBU is not responsible for accommodation booking for participants to the Legal & Policy Assembly. 

VISA: Participants who require a visa invitation letter for Switzerland should send an email as soon as possible to Mélanie Alexandre (alexandre@ebu.ch), with “Visa Invitation letter to enter Switzerland” in the subject of communication and the following information:

• First name and last name (as indicated on passport) 
• Job title
• Date and place of birth 
• Citizenship (as indicated on passport)
• Passport number and passport expiration date
