Join the 2025 edition of the CEE Leadership Summit, a high-level gathering for PSM leaders from Central and Eastern Europe - hosted by RTBF and the EBU in Brussels, on 1 and 2 October 2025.

We will hold a welcome reception on 30 September, setting the stage for two days of high-level discussions, inspiring speakers, and strategic insights.

Topics will include:

• Leadership in Volatile Times: Building resilience and adaptability in an ever-changing media landscape.
• Challenges and Trends in PSM Funding: Exploring sustainable models for the future of public service financing.
• YouTube Strategy in the CEE Region: A deep dive into data-driven approaches to growing digital engagement.

A highlight for this year’s edition: we will invite key European decision-makers to join us for critical conversations on the future role of PSM at the EU level.

Additionally, on 2 October, we will visit the EU Parliament– an opportunity to connect directly with policymakers, exchange perspectives, and build a meaningful dialogue.

And of course, look forward to the traditional mid-summit social event on 1 October to network with fellow leaders.
