Strategy Community Collaborative Workshop
The next in-person Strategy Community workshop will take place on 20 and 21 March 2024 in Prague, Czechia, at the kind invitation of Czech Radio.
The EBU Strategy Group brings together strategy executives from EBU Member organizations to discuss and collaborate around shared strategy challenges for public service media (PSM).
This in-person workshop is an opportunity to share insights and trends, exchange, and collaborate around a dedicated theme around strategy implementation and strategy development in PSM.
The meeting will also be an opportunity to brainstorm together on the mission and collaboration framework for the EBU Strategy Group in the coming months.
