The purpose of this Technical Report is to raise awareness of the need for resilience and its different aspects without giving preference to any media distribution option.
The report should help EBU Members consider resilience in distribution especially as strategic decisions towards IP distribution are made. The aim of this report is not to prescribe specific measures or solutions – these need to be considered by each organization in line with their own requirements and individual circumstances.
