Eurovision News Spotlight is a collaborative network established by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) to empower public service media across Europe in the fight against online misinformation and disinformation. By providing fact-checking and open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, the initiative fosters collaboration through resource and best practice sharing, offers crucial training for journalists, and aims to enhance public awareness regarding disinformation. The EBU encourages all its members to join this effort to collectively defend against the spread of false information. For more information on joining the network, contact Derek Bowler.
