EBU Academy Workshop 2025 - Where our L&D Community Comes Together

The EBU Academy Workshop returns for 2025 focusing on practical ways to use AI in learning and development and how to teach, and be, more resilient.

This is an unmissable annual event bringing together learning and training professionals working at EBU Members to network and learn.

In 2024, the event was highly rated by participants scoring it 4.65/5, with positive feedback including: “EBU Academy workshops are probably my most important place to learn and create contacts and friendships”. Read a summary of the 2024 Workshop here.

In 2025, we’re at Hilversum, near Amsterdam, kindly hosted by Dutch public service media organization, NPO and our discussions will focus on two topics:

• Building and teaching resilience in disruptive and turbulent times
• How AI can be used by learning and development professionals in public media

There will be a mix of inspiring presentations, the sharing of knowledge and – based on feedback from last year – more chances to discuss and work together. An AI workshop will aim to develop collaborative projects on uses for artificial intelligence. There is a networking dinner included within the registration cost.
