Mapped: how Europe is adapting to climate change
30 juin 2025As an unusually early and intense heat wave grips parts of Europe and climate records continue to be broken, the question of how countries are preparing for a warmer world has never felt more urgent. From floods to wildfires and drought, the impacts of climate change are increasingly visible across the continent.
In this context, A European Perspective — in the fifth in a series of co-produced stories — takes a closer look at how European countries are adapting to the effects of climate change. In an interactive map, the network brings together insights from 27 public service media partners highlighting local stories of resilience and adaptation, from coastal protection efforts to urban heat solutions.
