EBU/ASBU week of technology 2019

The EBU/ASBU Week of Technology is an annual workshop co-organized by EBU Technology & Innovation and the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) Technical Department. Held at the ASBU headquarters in Tunis, the event provides EBU Members and ASBU Members in the Arab Region with updates on media technologies developments and opportunities to collaborate. 

The workshop covers both Unions' main domains of technical work: production and distribution. The themes of each workshop are selected based on the evolving needs of broadcasters in the Arab countries, and informed by the ongoing technical work and research at EBU and its Members.

Presentations by speakers in Tunis and remote presentations are recorded and made available to workshop participants and all EBU and ASBU Members.
