Conference Venue

• All meeting sessions of the EBU-Assembly will be held at the “Bayerischer Rundfunk” in the main meeting hall.
• The entrance to the buliding is at Rundfunkplatz, close to the corner of Hopfenstraße and Marsstraße.
• Lunches will be served in the foyer area.

Dress Code

• The standard dress code is business to business casual.
• For the Gala Dinner the dress code is smart casual.
• For the excursion its recommended to wear solid footwear, warm clothes and rain jackets, because even in June Germany can be cold and rainy, down to 10°C.

Weather
